We work on a 'sliding scale of charges' based on the finish time of the actual disco.
If there are factors such as long distance we will add on a reasonable cost for fuel.

Weddings
We charge the same rate for weddings as we do for any other party.
North Yorkshire Sound Machine promise to charge the normal rate for a wedding disco. If extras are required, such as playing background music for a drinks reception, providing microphones for the speeches, playing during the wedding breakfast or DJ'ing into the early hours then this will be a bit extra.
For a wedding, it is best to ring us for an informal chat or arrange a meeting to discuss your exact requirements.
Children's Parties
We can provide a children's party disco based on a maximum of 3 hours.
- We ask that game prizes are provided by the host;
- the party ends before 3.30pm;
- adults supervise their own children at all times.
